Where both a Bangla and an English version of these terms exist, the Bangla version shall be considered authoritative in the event of any dispute.

• You must have your own mobile number and email address

5kbd is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. However, the following conditions must be met:

5kbd may cancel a bet under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a technical error in odds display
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely
• Evidence of betting irregularities
• When match-fixing or foul play is suspected

6.3 Live Betting Special Rules

For in-play betting, 5kbd reserves the right to adjust odds at any time. Bets will not be accepted if they cannot be confirmed due to internet disconnection or delays.

To ensure a fair environment, 5kbd strictly prohibits certain activities. Violations may result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture:

8.1 When Can 5kbd Suspend an Account?

5kbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• Suspected breach of terms
• A security risk is detected
• KYC information is incomplete or inconsistent
• Court order received
• Member requests self-exclusion

8.2 Account balance upon closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the remaining balance will be refunded. In cases of rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.

If your account is closed, you may appeal by writing to support@5kbd-baji.com. 5kbd will respond with a decision within 7 business days.
